What To Do After An Accident

If your vehicle is covered under the 3-year / 60,000 km basic warranty or if you have Roadside Assistance coverage, simply call 1-800-26-LEXUS. An approved towing provider will be dispatched at no cost to you. If your vehicle is not currently covered under these programs, you can still call the same number and an approved towing service will be arranged on a guest-pay basis as a courtesy to Lexus owners.

Choosing The Right Collision Repair Facility

After an accident, it is important to contact your insurance company as soon as possible to begin the claims process. Your insurance provider may suggest or direct you to a specific body shop for an estimate or repair.

However, it is important to know that you are never legally required to use the repair facility recommended by your insurance company. As the vehicle owner and the person paying the insurance premium, you always have the right to choose where your vehicle is repaired. If you prefer, you can have your Lexus repaired by the experienced team at White Oaks Lexus Certified Collision Centre.
